'Lost': Live chat about 'Sundown' on March 2

daniel-dae-kim-lost-s6-320-2.jpgI was going to switch things up and give "Lost" fans 90 minutes of interpretive dance instead of a live chat, but both my lawyers and "common sense" dictated that I just do my usual thing before the next episode. Too bad: I'd worked out this fantastic mix of The Donnas, Donna Summer, an Don Henley's "Boys of Summer." It was epic. And now, it will haunt your dreams forever. You're welcome.

As always, we'll be kicking things off at 7:30 pm EST. I'll take questions, host some polls, and take us through the enhanced repeat of "Lighthouse." And, as always, this chat will be spoiler-free. Though I'm guessing the title of this week's episode kind of gives away who will get the focus this time around. That's right: it's Claire's creepy doll baby, finally getting the spotlight it so richly deserves.

What? You say it's probably about Sun and Jin? Oh. Right. That makes much more sense. Good call.

See you here Tuesday!

'Sundown' huh? Now that I think about it, has all of the action on island so far been within the span of one day?

I'm not so sure we can assume it's about Sun and Jin. Maybe we got our episode-centricity-assumption free pass with "Lockdown".

Then again, maybe not.....?

Is it considered a spoiler to say who the episode's centricity is? It's not Sun and Jin.

Just writing that, and knowing whose it is, and how little interest I just realized I have in finding out what said person is up to in this sideways timeline makes me sad. I really liked Jack's episode last week and his sideways story was good, but I mean I just don't care about it and want to keep thinking about it the way I do with the on-Island stuff.

@ak: some people might consider what you wrote spoilerish. here's my advice: when in doubt, don't. just sayin'

AK I do consider that to be a spoiler. You sort of ruined what should be a surprise

My bad, guys. I thought if I didn't say whose it was then it was okay. I may have heard wrong, I'm not a spoiler-follower.

I strongly disapprove of spoilers, but in this case frankly I'm excited because I wasn't looking forward to a Sun/Jin centric episode.

(In fact, I remember a time when lots of people on this list, including Ryan I think, said they were tired of Sun/Jin flashback episodes. But I with the changing nature of the show [no longer flashBACK oriented, Sun's kick-*** confrontations with her father and Widmore] people's feelings have changed somewhat.)

Most of all, I'm excited that maybe (as someone posted recently) there may be a Gordon Lightfoot tie-in after all!

No problem AV, it really isn't that big of a thing.

I always thought Sun/ Jin flashbacks were very underrated, personally I always enjoyed them.

I am annoyed that this is not their episode because it probably means Sun & Jin won't be reuniting yet. I don't know how much longer they can drag it out expecially since they both seem to be headed toward the Temple.

I like Sun/Jin eps. Not sure why you think I don't. But I just wanna be on record as saying I'm a fan, except for "The Glass Ballerina."

I mentioned the Lightfoot song, "Sundown"

Of course this is the opposite of "Rising Sun", One is rising, one is going down but both songs have to do with personal gratifictaion and life gone wrong.

CHORUS: "Sundown you better take care if I find you've been creepin round my back stairs"

This is a song about infidelity and leads me to wonder if Sun is/was cheating in the sideways world. I would like to see Jin being escorted from customs to a room where Widmore is waiting for him like he was for Sun in S5.

Last season we were denied proper Sun/Jin story lines, I hope this year will be different.
