'Jersey Shore' Season 2: South Beach, hide your trash bags! [Updated]

Ever since MTV announced that the second season of "Jersey Shore" isn't actually shooting at "The Shore," speculation has gone rampant as to where the crew would be creepin' next.

Movieline now reports that inside sources have confirmed the infamous cast will be beating down the beat in South Beach, FL.

For now, it seems like the most plausible bet. The site has some very specific details. According to its sources, the cast will take up residence in May at a house MTV is currently renting and renovating off Lincoln Road in the South Beach neighborhood of Miami Beach.

Previously, Miami, The Bahamas, and Las Vegas were just a few of the locales that were tossed around in the media. According to TMZ, MTV was considering at least nine U.S. and international locations.

MTV has not yet returned Zap2it's request for confirmation.
