Howard Stern coming to "American Idol" -- the rumor that won't die.Howard Stern is still talking about the "American Idol" rumors, which have been denied to Zap2it by a show insider. In fact, we think it was not "American Idol" but actually "America's Got talent" that approached Stern.
Either way, Stern is still on the airways slamming the show. He said on his show (via The Advocate), "Everyone goes, 'If Howard Stern takes over "American Idol," Ellen DeGeneres might leave.' Well, yeah, that's the whole [expletive] idea. I'm not going to sit there with her -- that dummy.'"
This isn't the first time Stern has made disparaging remarks about "Idol," which he claims he watches. He previously said that he would'vd told Carrie Underwood to lose weight, that Fantasia Barrino looks like a Haitian earthquake victim and several other things not fit to print here.

Howard Stern is a well known bully... karma will eventually give him a taste of his own medicine. Ellen is great.

Better read up on some real accounts of "great" Ellen. She's just as much of a bully and a swollen-head jerk as Howard. Her cutesy act (if it can even be called that) on her show is just that - an act.

Ellen is awesome! We don't need or want Howard on "Idol". Simon is mean sometimes, but it sounds like Howard would just be outright cruel and I don't want to watch something like that.
It should be airwaves. Airways makes it sound like he's making his comments on a plane.

Its Andrea writing the article give her a break you can't expect the whole zap2it.com staff to be perfect.

Andrea is just plain dishonest, as would be expected from someone operating at her level of "journalism". "Stern is still on the airways slamming the show" How so? What can you quote to us that provides evidence that he slams the show itself. Yes, he has said what is obvious to all that to be successful in showbiz you need to look the best you can look. So what? Yes, confusing airways with airwaves is the mistake of highschooler.
