'FlashForward': 'Battlestar Galactica's' James Callis cast in major role
Think "Battlestar Galactica's" James Callis (Gaius Baltar) can help "FlashForward" get some of its sci-fi cred back?ABC confirms to Zap2it that Callis has been cast in a major role on the freshman series, which will begin airing new episodes again next month.
Very few details about Callis' "FlashForward" character are known at this time, though Executive Producer Jessica Borsiczky did tell Sci-fi Wire that he will be a big part of the final episodes of this season, playing a "really exciting, unusual character" somehow mixed up with Olivia (Sonya Walger).
Any thoughts?

FF is doomed. It's just not good enough.
It needs more than 1 character to save that show never have I been so eager to see a show and now I could careless if it returns or not.
Bad casting doomed this show from the start. Joseph Fiennes just can't pull off the lead character and John Cho isn't much better.
They should have gone with a more charismatic American actor for the main lead. Plus, it doesn't help the writers made him a recovering(?) alcoholic with a shaky marriage.
If you don't care about the lead team investigating the blackouts, then who are we supposed to care about? The bad guys?
My family and I can't wait for this show to come back!! Now that Simon is working for the FBI and the pace is picking up real quick - I'm in it for the long haul. This show is so much better than most shows out there and 100 times better than watching reality crap!
