Dockers free pants ad is a Super Bowl victory

The Dockers Super Bowl commercial definitely got America's attention.

How could we not look at a group of men in their underwear, striding across a windy plain and singing "I Wear No Pants"?

Despite the men going bare from the waist down (except for undies of course), the ad promoted Dockers pants, including a giveaway for free khakis. Was this marketing madness or genius? We're inclined to say the latter.

"Dockers free pants" is one of the top-searched terms on the Internet the morning after the Super Bowl. Surprising? Not really, considering the economy and how you really can't beat free.

Maybe it's the fashionista in me that recoils from the idea of scouting supermarket aisles while wearing my pajamas. pajamas

I got a free pair of dockers at the site above

This was marketing madness. After seeing this ad, I'm thinking of donating the Dockers in my closet to charity, assuming any charity would actually take Dockers pants after that ad.

A very strange comercial but it should sell a lot of dockers you should use men more often.

To be fair to the other ads -- it's a lot easier to sell people on something when it doesn't cost them a thing
