'CSI: Miami' welcomes Adam Rodriguez back

"CSI: Miami" will be welcoming one of its own back into the fold next season.Adam Rodriguez, who left the show after a few episodes this season, will return to the show full-time next year. Rodriguez tweeted the news on Friday (Feb. 19), saying, "I have some news that I hope will make 'CSI:Miami' fans happy. Eric Delko will be back to the show full time 4 all of season 9!!!"
CBS has also confirmed Rodriguez's return as a full-time cast member.
Rodriguez has appeared in a handful of "CSI: Miami" episodes this season, most recently on Feb. 1. He's also had a recurring part on "Ugly Betty," but now that the ABC show is ending its run, he's able to return to "Miami" for next season.
His character, Eric Delko, was written out following a series of traumatic events late last season and early this season. He's made two subsequent appearances -- first as a defense expert in a court case and then as an investigator for the Miami district attorney -- and will be back again in the March 1 episode, "L.A."

I was so disappointed when he left just as the writers paired up Eric and Calleigh. I've moved on and won't likely return. Castle is far more entertaining now!

CSI: Miami is the worst out the CSI's, I dunno why I watch it but if they get rid of Walter to save money cause they bring him back I won't be watching the show anymore

Cool, I love Delko!! I just hope they keep Eddie Cibrian on full-time. They have a pretty good cast now.
Yippeee! My honey, Eric Delko, will be back full-time on my favorite police drama next season! (*DOING HAPPY DANCE*) Along with David Caruso (Horatio), Adam/Eric was one of the main reasons I got hooked on CSI Miami. The show was sadly lacking without him as a regular cast-member. I can't wait to see how the Eric/Calleigh romance develops. As for Eddie Cibrian, having 2 hunks on the show would normally be all good with me, but I'm not really feeling Jesse (Eddie). So if someone's got to go, then it should definitely be Jesse.
Oh yay. The scripts of this show seem like they may have been written by a dozen monkeys in about a dozen minutes.

Love the love game between he and Emily "drop Dead Gorgeous" Procter. Eva Larue is yummy too.
Loved Alana Del Garza also. They make her look too plain and unattractive on Law And order. First saw her on Las Vegas. Gorgeous !
