'Bones': Creator Hart Hanson teases the season finale
"Bones" creator Hart Hanson sure knows how to whip his show's fans into a tizzy.Earlier today he sent out a twitpic of his computer screen accompanied by the following message: "How the season finale looks so far today."
While the screen was mostly blank, it did reveal the title of the episode: "The Beginning in the End." It's worth noting that this is eerily similar to the title of last season's controversial finale, "The End in the Beginning."
What could this mean?

Clearly, something.
Will this year's finale push Booth and Brennan closer to becoming more like the alternate reality personas we met during last year's season ender? Remember, they were married with a kid on the way in the AU.
We want to hear your theories in the comments section.
Because, frankly, we're going a little nuts trying to figure this one out.

Oh I've been theorizing all day! Gotta love Hart's tease! I'm thinking since the finale last year was maybe a glimpse into the future for B&B (i.e. the first few minutes--I don't believe it was fake sex, it was future sex.) Then perhaps this year's finale will be about the BEGINNING of their relationship. I'm getting good vibes! I think this will be pivotal. I hope I'm right! I'm very excited!

Hmm, theories. I have several but lets keep to the Beginning/End one for now.
My guess. The End in the Beginning had the 'end' of B&B in the beginning of the ep (the sex scene where she is wearing a wedding/engagement ring). Many of us believe this was FUTURE. No dream but a look into the future, a promise what to expect at the end of the line.
So, the Beginning in the End is likewise taken literally.
The end of the episode will have the BEGINNING of the B&B journey. Whether this is them agreeing to start dating, or, going completely suprising on us with becoming 'engaged to be engaged', or, even more radical, marry (yes, MARRY. Not the lovey dovey way but because of a necessity like, say, the GD's Trial where they refuse, or won't testify against the other because it would incriminate them, there is too much to be risked when needing to confess. SPOUCES are not allowed to testify against each other. So, THAT could be a reason and we all know that, of course, what is the real reason is LOVE - but leave it to them to find a more 'logical' excuse).
Either way, to me, this title totally means it is the beginning of the B&B ' as a couple' journey. The first bricks laid to the road where EitB started with - married making love sessions.
Speculation enough? ;)
I'm with ChoeBe esp since before Booth and Brennan made love in the finale Brennan asks Booth if he loves her. and like ChoeBe and Forensicmama I believe it was a future scene and not a dream esp with all the hints back to the finale we have been getting this season so I am thinking that finale is the beginning of Booth and Brennan in a relationship and the beginning of lasts season's finale was the end hence the titles of both episodes
I think that the title can be taken literally. The "beginning" of a relationship at the "end" of the episode. What does that beginning mean? don't know. Could be just a hint of something more, admitting of feelings, kiss,...? Then again, knowing Hart Hanson and his teasing, the title could mean nothing remotely along those lines! It all lies in the genius they call Hart Hanson. Whatever it is, I'm confident that Hanson will not disappoint!

OMG Hart why do you do this to us! I think the title can be taken literally. The beginning of a relationship or something along those lines.
I think that the sex part from "The End in the Beginning" was real and everything else wasnt because if you look hard you can tell that the clock next to the bed is in military time when the alternate reality starts but when they start getting hot and heavy its real time, this could mean that the sex was real and the dream obviously wasnt real. So "The Beginning in the End" could mean that they are following up on that.

I don't want them to get real close. Sometimes it spells the end of a series. That would be too soon for me.
