'American Idol': Randy Jackson is the most well-liked judge?

There's a new survey out from Rasmussen Reports that says "American Idol" viewers look most favorably upon judge Randy Jackson.That comes as a huge surprise to us. It's not that Randy does anything offensive but he's just kinda ... there ... most of the time.
We thought for sure Simon would reign supreme, but his prickliness must rub too many people the wrong way. The entire poll results, from a survey of 1,569 viewers, is as follows:

Ellen DeGeneres is off to a better start than we would've guessed. We think she's still finding her "Idol" sea legs, but 65% favorable isn't too shabby. We are not at all surprised Kara is last. She has good insight both music and the industry but hasn't yet learned how to deliver her critiques in a good way.

Were the 1,569 people surveyed from Randy's hometown? I have nothing against him, but when your entire judging vocabulary consists of "that was hot!", "you could sing the phone book!", or "that just wasn't right for me", i could do without.

okay, but note that does not equal the judge who makes you want to watch the show more.
why does Simon act like he is disgusted by the other three judges?
because Simon's the only good judge???
Yeah, he is more of the cool type judge which simply compliments the rudeness of Simon. Just a reaction: he may not be the type of judge who would push your interest in watching but having the same level of arrogance in all judges will surely push people away also
I totally vote for Simon.
The male judges are real cool, but the female judges, especially Kara, suck. It is sometimes embarrassing to watch her.
