2010 Winter Olympics: Johnny Weir, Tanith Belbin roommates Twitpic
Johnny Weir and Tanith Belbin make an adorable pair ... off the ice.
The two Olympians and friends are thrilled with their new roommate arrangement, which came about because neither one could room with skater Evan Lysacek, who just happens to be Belbin's ex and Weir's skating rival. With only a single bedroom and a two-bedroom left, the choice was obvious.
Belbin was so thrilled with her new roommate, she posted a Twitpic to her Twitter account on Monday, Feb. 15.
"Roomies:)Thanks to J,I feel pretty confident that we've got the best smelling room in the village!" she tweeted with the picture below.

Weir will take on Lysacek in the men's figure skating short program Tuesday night (Feb. 16)

A private life? No way. I am a happy gay guy too, and soooo proud of the skating johnny just did. Let there be no doubts: he did it for our team! yes! Gay boys and girls, don't let ANYONE push you into a closet and tell you to be quiet - or that you are less than-- be proud. Go Johnny!

i never heard of Johnny Weir til tonight (i don't follow skating) but i was watching the snowboarding cross and then i saw Weir, i couldn't believe his black and PINK costume. but i watched him skate and you can't help but like him, he really OWNS IT (i mean who he is)!
Of course "the choice was obvious". Weir is as queer as a $3 bill.
Much like Gaga, Weir is known for his passionate performance and often unorthodox costuming -- he designed his own glitzy outfit, which incorporates bits of broken glass

I think weir is great. I love to watch him perform. I am a straight woman, but I love "gay guys" just because they are so much fun. more power to weir. I am sure so many people think he is so yummy.
Last night in the Johnny Weir's short program performance the music Johnny choose for his performance was announced to be a Raul D Blasio's song. I was very disappointed that they did not give credit to the real composer of the song who is Juan Gabriel. Juan Gabriel is a Mexican contemporary composer and it is considered fro many critics to be the Greatest Mexican composer of the last three decades. Many international well known Hispanic singers have play his songs. I think it was extremely rude to play one of Juan Gabriel's greatest songs and to not even give him the credit he deserves.
Peter you dumbass. He's not skating for your team, that's why your team is so pissed off! Didn't you get the memo?
