Will Ferrell and wife Viveca Paulin send off Conan O'Brien on 'Tonight Show'
Watch Will Ferrell and his wife Viveca Paulin do "Freebird" with Conan O'Brien on his final "Tonight Show" broadcast.Conan O'Brien said good-bye to "The Tonight Show" in a completely classy way, with funny guests, a very heartfelt speech about NBC, huge thanks for his fans and a performance of "Freebird."
The "Freebird" performance came complete with Will Ferrell dressed as a Lynyrd Skynyrd wannabe, complete with pregnant hippie wife "Dawn" that he kept making out with. "Dawn" was in fact played by Ferrell's real-life wife Viveca Paulin, a Swedish actress he married in August 2000.
We hardly knew ye, Conan. We can't wait to see what you do next.

Conan O'Brien is a man of integrity. I actually enjoyed is show more then Leno regardless of what the ratings said. O'Brien is damn funny and very talented.
He speech at the end of his last show was heart warming. What a classy man. I only wish him the very best in the future. Conan treat yourself to a nice vacation! you deserve it!
Conan comes across as very honest. I will miss his show.
Congrats Conan, you'll be better off owning your own show on a network run with more integrity and good sense.
Your dream is not over, there's just a new one being made available to you.
Great way to go out.
His speech near the end of the show WAS a class act and his point/advice about cynicism was spot on!
Best of luck to Conan and all his staff!
Instead of whining you all should have tuned in.
Jay will always be king.
Hell of a guitar player.
I think Conan will ultimately be remembered with fondness, much as his direct inspiration, Ernie Kovacs, will be remembered for his own baffling, short-lived tenure as Tonight Show host in the 1950s.
Like the Phoenix, red hair and all, Conan will rise from the ashes of the once great, and now feeble NBC, and Dominate Late Night, and the Non-Talent Leno, for years to come! Long Live Conan!!!!!
"The Jay Leno Show" was pre-empted in respect for Conan's last "Tonight Show" and Jimmy Fallon and The Roots had a great tribute to Conan's studio which is now "The Dr. Oz Show". Long live Coco!
We need more cowbell!
