'The Oprah Show': What's Oprah's big birthday surprise?

Oprah Winfrey is 56 today (Fri. Jan. 29) and "The Oprah Show" will have more than 100 people born on the same day in the audience, as well as "Up in the Air" director (and the only guy George Clooney sees fit to kiss up to), Jason Reitman.

Will Oprah get a new puppy for her birthday?

Oprah could use better luck with her dogs, who she considers her children. She previously lost her golden retriever when it choked to death on a ball. Last year, she adopted a puppy who died soon after from disease. In 2008, Sophie, Oprah's 13-year-old spaniel, passed from kidney failure.
