'The Bachelor': Jake Pavelka is a Rose Ceremony maverick

A shocking Rose Ceremony is in store for the Monday, Jan. 25 episode of "The Bachelor."In the ABC preview for Monday's episode of "The Bachelor," Jake stops in the middle of the rose ceremony and goes off to ask host Chris Harrison for some advice. The exchange is as follows:
Jake Pavelka: There's um, there's a couple of women tonight that I just... what would you do if you were in this situation and you just knew that, ya know, tonight there should only be one girl going home but if it were two... I'm definitely sure on one girl but I'm pretty sure the other girl--
Chris Harrison: What are you asking?
Jake Pavelka: Do I have to give out two more roses?

Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Jake sends home not two women (like he's supposed to) but FOUR women. GASP!
That... doesn't make sense. He tells Chris Harrison "there should only be one girl going home." Doesn't that imply he only wants to send one, not two, instead of send four, not two? We are very confused.
The women left are Ali, Ashleigh, Corrie, Ella, Gia, Jessie, Kathryn, Tenley and Vienna. Our bets on which four get cut? Ashleigh, Corrie, Jessie and Kathryn.

Well, it certainly does seem to contradict the implications of the first part of the conversation, but the line "Do I have to give out two more roses?" supports the idea of sending four home.

I find it hard to believe that ABC would let Jake diminish the number of scheduled episodes by eliminating more women per week than they can drag out for however many epi's scheduled this season. Episodes are about advertising - which is about $$$$ in ABC's pocket. Guess this was sanctioned (scripted) all along, huh?
rumor has it that he sends home both women on the 2-on-1 date, and another 2 at the rose ceremony.

Well I'm watching this train wreck right now and all I can say is that I am soooo disgusted with this- if rumours are true and he does end up picking the shallow Vienna, I'm through with this charade. He must be more stupid than we all thought if he thinks that Vienna is good wife material! Idiot!
