'Parks and Recreation': The Wu-Tang Clan of comedy
Roots co-founder, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" band leader and "noted television scholar" ?uestlove posited a theory on Twitter recently that the cast of "Parks and Recreation" is "the Wu-Tang Clan of comedy."He may be on to something. The Wu-Tang Clan is regarded as one of the best hip-groups ever, and "Parks and Rec" is rapidly becoming one of the better comedies on television, with nary a weak link in the show's cast.
Now, ?uestlove has unearthed video evidence to give further credence to his idea: a lost audition tape in which Wu-Tang founder RZA auditions for the role of Leslie Knope. Take a look (there's some salty language, so headphones on if you're at work).
OK, that? Just made my day. Join ?uestlove in watching "Parks and Recreation" on Thursdays on NBC. This week's episode features Amy Poehler's real-life husband, Will Arnett, and Justin Theroux as guest stars.

Hip-Hop fashion has changed significantly over the years. As the future approaches it has become a prominent part of the fashion world as a whole across the world and for all ethnicities. During the 1980s, fashion consisted of clothing items like large glasses; Kangol hats multi-finger rings and Adidas sneakers. These items were worn by the "big" hip-hop stars like Run-DMC and LL Cool J. Performers such as Kurtis Blow and Big Daddy Kane also helped popularize the wearing of gold necklaces and other such jewelry. Popular haircuts ranged from the early-1980s "Jheri Curl" to the late-1980s hi-top fade which was what the men sported.
