'Hope for Haiti Now': 'I'll Stand by You' from Shakira

See one of the many moving performances from the "Hope for Haiti" telethon.Shakira, who earlier this week announced plans to build a school in Haiti, performed the Pretenders' hit "I'll Stand by You" for the "Hope for Haiti" telethon Friday (Jan. 22).
Shakira's rendition was beautiful and heartfelt, as were all the performances. Hopefully the telethon raised a lot of money for the victims of the Haiti earthquake.

This is Hollywoods best what a joke singers were awful except for two. Hollywood had good intensions but where are the real stars with status and talent

What a beautiful song, well done Shakira. I would buy the full dvd just for this song.
This song, and the other songs, reflected the emotion felt as a result of Haiti's tragedy. Shakira brought it forth. So did John Legend et al. Music with emotion is the truest form of the art ... I felt the emotion, the song was phenomenal! It is too bad Ann and Jimmy didn't care for it. It is too bad they responded negatively. It is so much more than these comments.
I would like to know where I could find Sharkira's song "I'll stand by You". She was wonderful. She put so much emotion in it . I've never seen anything so beautiful. It was as beautiful as she is. Thank You
