Duggar baby Josie ready for '19 Kids and Counting' premiere

duggar-baby-josie-320.jpgJosie Duggar is heading to reality TV.

The Duggar family's newest addition will be ushered into the family on the premiere of "19 Kids and Counting: Special Duggar Delivery" on Sunday, Jan. 31.

Little Josie Brooklyn was born premature in December 2009 via C-section, a few days after mom Michelle Duggar was airlifted to a hospital after suffering contractions caused by gallstone problems.

She's been staying in an incubator in the NICU, but has been made available for photographs, which you can see on the TLC website.

TMZ also obtained video of Josie being wheeled over after delivery so Michelle Duggar can see from her hospital bed.

Stop!!!! Enough already-you are at high risk for a repeat of this situation should you decide to have another one-don't you dare put another child through this!!!-They're literally falling out of you already.

Another set of parents living off their children. But in this case, it's okay, since the parents are fundies.

i hope she will be ok. everyone needs to leave the duggars alone!!its their life and if they want 50 kids then stay out of it its their business!!!!!!!

You guys are definately in my prayers,I couldnt imagine what your going through, I am 22 weeks, my 5 child. I just completely admire your family. And I know with God by your sides this is just a stepping stone in your lives that soon will be behind you, and you will soon see the miracle of Gods healing hands.

Do you haters know anything about the Duggars other than the tidbits like this 'news' article? Take the time to reall know who they are and why they live the way they do before you criticize them. And if you want to tell someone to stop having babies, visit your local high school and talk to the next generation of welfare recipients.

I think the Duggars are a wonderful Christian family, with true values. They make their own way, without government assistance and in my opinion are good examples for younger generations to follow. You just feel the presence of God's love in this family.

I feel like at some point they need to stop. What would happen if she lost her life giving birth and left all these kids without a mother? Having a child is a gift from god, but at the same time you should think about what is best for the children you already have.

Why isn't everyone bothered by this family's desire to exploit their children this way? It is pretty telling that they are both looking at the camera and not their daughter in this photo.

I'm the oldest of eleven, and don't have regret one. When we would complain my mother would simply say...who do you want to send back. Everyone needs to remember that these kids love each other, and years from now will represent an inheritance that can't be spent on gum, candy, cars, clothes....they will have each other. The greatest gift of all!

God Bless you all through this tough time.
And may you all grow only closer to each other and your higher power in discovering Josie's purpose.
May she enrich your lives as all the others have.
Our prayers are with you, now more then ever.
