Conan O'Brien gets a job offer from 'Sons of Anarchy'
Conan O'Brien may or may not end up on FOX in the future. But if he wants it, he has a place waiting for him on FX."Sons of Anarchy" creator Kurt Sutter has offered the beleaguered "Tonight Show" host a place on his show. Sutter wrote on his blog Thursday night (Jan. 14) that O'Brien has an "open invitation" to appear on the series.
"I know appearing in a dramatic role on cable television is probably the last thing you'd ever want to do, but I want you to know that you have an open invitation on my show, 'Sons of Anarchy,'" Sutter writes. "We have an IRA story line that will continue to play out this coming season, and I could use a bad-ass O'Brien on my team. Guns, blood, fist fights -- you could really work some s**t out. Think about it."
Sutter says he's been a fan of O'Brien for some time now: "From your first anxious, awkward night to your current state of highly-refined awkwardness, I've enjoyed and admired your humor and originality.
"I have no doubt you'll land on your feet, wavy red hair intact."

LOL i would laugh sooo hard if he did it but i would love it too lol
I think he should do it. I bet he could. Who knows he might be a good dramatic actor.
He might not be a good dramatic actor, but he's certainly a good drama queen.
good one, zing!! and so true!! haha....
How is O'Brien a drama queen? He's getting screwed over at his place of employment and actually being vocal about it. Good for him, take the money from NBC and go to a network that will keep promises and respect their talent.
Yes, it's quite terrible how O'Brien's being treated by NBC. Why, if he had to do things the way the brutal taskmasters at NBC wanted, he'd have to go to work a half hour later. The humanity!!!
The time change isn't the point. The point is that he was given The Tonight Show. It's more about integrity. Moving him proves that the network doesn't have faith in him to maintain ratings. What's the point in taking Leno's show and giving it to Conan, only to move Conan's show back to make room for Leno? It's retarded.
