It's Conan's turn to weigh in on the rumors swirling about NBC's late night programming.
We've seen Jay Leno's take on the late night shuffle and Craig Ferguson took a few shots from over on "The Late Late Show" on CBS. Now it's Conan's turn.
Just for the record -- we think both Conan and Leno certainly have their moments of being funny, so a buddy cop drama called "Coco and The Chin" is absolutely something we would tune in to watch. Maybe NBC can put it in the 10 p.m. slot when "The Jay Leno Show" moves back to 11:30 p.m!

You know I think NBC was trying something at 10PM that could have worked. "The Jay Leno Show" wasn't it. I like Jay, but the show wasn't funny. Period. What JLS tried was very weak (i.e. the correspondent bits, the race car, etc.). Now imagine if you had a lively variety show like "Lopez Tonight" (which is working), NBC could have been the programming genius. Now, the whole situation is sad, especially to the current late-night hosts (Conan, Jimmy F, and Carson). Funny thing is: Conan will be fine somewhere even if he's still with NBC, Jimmy F is questionable (stop making him do monologues!!!!), but Carson is screwed again. Carson was headed to be the next **** Clark -- before Ryan Seacrest made it big. Carson is going to be the big loser in all of this -- now and in the future. Whether Carson is a good host or not (I like the format of his non-talk show magazine look), he needs to do another show ASAP. NBC isn't the place. Never was.
Conan and Lorne Michaels got a shot at 11:30 and failed miserably.
Bring back JAY LENO or release him to FOX where he will kick asssses and take names again.
NBC and GE are so inbed with ODumbo, they are to big to fail at taxpayer cost.
Screw them all.

You should go by clueLESSgirl because you don't know what you're talking about.
You simply can not judge Conan's performance over a 6 month period. Also, Conan's demo is different than Letterman's demo. There have been times Both shows have gotten beat by "Nightline" on ABC.
You have to look at the demographic for each show. Conan leans significantly younger than Letterman -- even in the earlier slot. Comparing Letterman to Conan is apples and oranges.
That is a fact. I know -- I work in the biz.
Bottom line...if Leno goes back to 10:35 PM, then Conan needs to bolt to Fox or ABC and Falln needs to be given his walking papers and Carson's show needs to go as well. Poker After dark sucks too.
well well Speaker, a lot of ppl work in the business who don't seem to know SH!T, pardon the french!!!! so sorry, that doesn't give you much cred these days. i (and many others) knew this whole Conan/Leno fiasco was a disaster to happen, so looks like we're miles ahead of many in the "biz."
and furthermore, the demo's are NOT quite the holy grail the press and many in the industry are making it out to be. truth is Conan's ratings sucked and was taking the show down the tubes. sorry to inform you. so thank you i will keep my screen name and maybe you can save your suggested moniker for yourself.
Well, Jay sucks now. Boring, dry. Not as boring or dry as Letterman, but still up there. Jay should just throw in the towel. By the time his show is over on NBC and Conan comes on, people have forgotten how to laugh and enjoy TV. And that's just sad.
Falin is so-so.
