Let your opinions be heard -- who is the worst winner of "American Idol?"The people spoke out earlier this week on the best winners and non-winners. Kelly Clarkson narrowly edged out Carrie Underwood for the best winner and Clay Aiken took down Chris Daughtry for the best non-winner crown.
But who is the worst winner in the first eight seasons of "American Idol?" We were tempted to leave "Idol" goddesses Kelly and Carrie off the list entirely -- they've had far and away more success than any other "Idol" contestants -- but in the interest of fairness all eight winners are included. Who gets your vote? Soul Patrol? The Velvet Teddy Bear? Kris Allen, who had the lowest opening week sales for his debut album of any "Idol" winner?

I haven't even heard of Kris Allen which speaks for itself.
depends on your definition of worse. Taylor is easily the worst singer. But shows success as an "entertainer". Kris Allen shows little promise and Rubens's career has flat lined.

Fantasia is horrid. I know Taylor Hicks isn't the biggest superstar, but he's still good for what he is. David Cook is AI's best winner, by far.

All these polls are is to drum up some interest in a dying show. Hicks as anyone who has worked with him on Broadway will tell you has an incredible voice. One of the best around. AI hated him because he did not kiss their *** and the fans of people he beat dislike him so will vote for him. This is incrediblly stupid and anyone who votes on the poll is incredibly stupid. I can't and won't vote for any of these people as worst because none of them are bad. And all this is is a chance for hate to have a field day. Have fun.

It's a tie between Taylor Hicks and Kris Ellen. Both equally boring.
Kris Allen is the worst singer. Taylor has the worst music.

I doubt if the show's changes this year will bring back life to AI. Let's face it-- the show peaked in Season 2 due to the Clay Aiken factor. Never again will they match that excitement and level of talent!
