"American Idol" winner Carrie Underwood remembers where she came from -- and wants to help new Idols when she can.As the cover girl for the latest issue of Self, Carrie Underwood tells the magazine:
I give out my phone number to the contestants freely. I also like to send a present for making the top 10. I'll send a dog tag necklace from Tiffany and put 'Congrats on the top 10! Love, CU' on it.
