'24': Katee Sackhoff's character has a past, talks down to Chloe
"Battlestar Galactica"'s Katee Sackhoff has landed herself a new gig playing "24"'s Dana Walsh, the head data analyst at CTU and Chloe O'Brien's boss.
As Sackhoff explains in the clip below, Dana is a constant optimist, she's always smiling, she's engaged to Freddie Prinze Jr.'s character, she just loves her life and can be a little condescending to Chloe.
"I think that poor Chloe might bite back eventually, I'm not sure," says Sackhoff.
Oh we hope so.
But there's a bit more to Dana than meets the eye. She's hiding something: "Dana has a past," Sackhoff admits. "She's a woman who made some mistakes when she was a teenager... We all did, so it's one of those things that I think you can relate to."
Interesting.

So far, Dana/Jenny is a throwaway character. The background story had better be important (and I hope Chloe gets to give her a black eye after the way Dana has treated her). All Katee has done in four hours is flip her hair, act suspicious, do her job incorrectly, complain and Chloe, and talk with a psycho from when she was Jenny and he is now in her Manhattan apartment that she gave him the keys too. She barely had anything to say to Cole, her fiance. Heck Starbuck would beat up Dana/Jenny!
