So all those "unscripted" programs bombed out.
Somehow, I doubt we'll get a bunch of articles examining how poorly they're doing and how unsustainable it is to have so many reality shows bombing out...
I'll let you all wonder why that is. :)
The ABC "smash hits" and Vampire Diaries of course didn't re-run well... No surprise there.
The post above was so poorly written. I wish Rick would come back soon.
CBS won the night with adults 18-49 and total viewers, while FOX won with adults 18-34 as So You Think You Can Dance ended its season.
CBS and FOX had all new lineups, with ABC in reruns with its comedies between 8p-10p and a new episode of the canceled Eastwick at 10pm. Criminal Minds was the night’s most watched-show with adults 18-49 (3.7 rating) and overall viewers (14.6 million)
The Sing-Off was again ho-hum, ratings-wise, especially given the ABC repeats, but it is outperforming Mercy at 8pm and though it didn’t outperform Law & Order: SVU in the 9pm hour, it does seem to be providing, at least relatively speaking, a decent lead-in for The Jay Leno Show which matched a nine-week high with adults 18-49.
I of course didn't post this: "Rena Moretti | December 17, 2009 10:09 AM"
It is sad to see that NBC still uses the ageist 18-49 spin even for Leno whose strength is in attracting a demographically diverse audience (see how Conan lost half of that audience for a demonstration).
Louis Vitans? Nuff said.....
THanks Renna, love OLD CHRISTINE too!
Old Christine and Gary Unmarried was sooooo funny last night. So yea I watched that. Blah numbers even with the repeats on the other networks.
eastwick only 3.7 viewere?! That's really low. It was a new episode too. I dvr'ed all the episodes and haven't watched them yet...not sure if I should since its cancelled.
modern family kicks butt
Modern family is so funny..please get rid of 30 rock
What happened to "The Middle"? Apparently this columnist is unaware this show is on. She missed it last week and missed it again this week. Sloppy reporting.
