'True Blood' casts new vampire and werewolf via 'Ugly Betty'

On the heels of yesterday's "True Blood" casting news -- "Prison Break"'s Marshall Allman and Shannon Lucio have joined the family -- comes word of two more being turned.

HBO confirms to Zap2it that Grant Bowler -- Wilhelmina Slater (Vanessa William)'s once-boyfriend Connor Owens on "Ugly Betty" -- will play a werewolf, the ringleader of a biker gang.

The network says actor Theo Alexander -- whom you may recognize from small roles on "Pushing Daisies," "Chuck" and "CSI: New York" -- has also been hired. He will play the love interest of Russell Edgington (Denis O'Hare), aka the vampire king of Mississippi.

Both characters will reportedly pack a little bite... apart from, you know, any actual biting...
