Justin Timberlake lights up Golden Globes with Krasinski quip

justin-timberlake-golden-globes-nomination-video.jpgJustin Timberlake constantly reminds us how likable he is.

The musician/actor joined "The Office's" John Krasinski and "Inglourious Basterds" actress Diane Kruger for Tuesday morning's announcement of the Golden Globe nominations and as Zap2it reported earlier, he stole the show with an off-the-cuff quip.

Reading off Emily Blunt's name for "The Young Victoria" in film, Timberlake then sing-songed, "Somebody's gonna have a good night tonight!" straight at Krasinski, who's engaged to the actress.

Check out the clip. The lighthearted moment is around 3:10.

It may not seem like a big deal to the rest of the world, but for West Coast entertainment journalists who were up before 5 a.m. to hear the announcements, it was a welcome bit of frivolity, relieving the tensions of having to wake so early.

Add to that he was in one of our favorite "Saturday Night Live" digital shorts for the year, "Motherlover," and we're just thankful for his positive, non-controversial presence in 2009.
