Grammys: Beyonce, Taylor Swift among first performers named

Beyonce and Taylor Swift won't only face off at the upcoming Grammys, but they'll be taking to the stage as well.

The "Single Ladies" and "You Belong With Me" singers were among the first performers named for the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards telecast, airing on CBS Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010. Also joining in the performance fun are the Black Eyed Peas, Lady Antebellum and Maxwell.

Beyonce leads with a whopping 10 nominations for "Halo" - record of the year and best female pop vocal performance; "I Am ... Sasha Fierce" - album of the year, best contemporary R&B album; "Single Ladies" - song of the year, best female R&B vocal performance and best R&B song; "At Last" - best traditional R&B vocal performance; "Ego (w/ Kanye West)" - best rap/sung collaboration; and "Once in a Lifetime" - best song written for a motion picture, tv or other visual media.
 
The 20-year-old Swift boasts eight nominations: "You Belong With Me" - record of the year, song of the year and best female pop vocal performance; "Fearless" - album of the year, best country album; "Breathe" - best pop collaboration with vocals; "White Horse" - best female country vocal performance and best country song.

The Black Eyed Peas and Maxwell each have six nods apiece, while Lady Antebellum has two nominations.
