Chris Cuomo confirms he is leaving 'Good Morning America'
He was, then he wasn't, now he is. For now. Who knows what tomorrow may bring?
"Good Morning America" news anchor Chris Cuomo confirmed today he is leaving the show as new host George Stephanopoulos prepares to join.
As expected, Cuomo will stay within the ABC family, taking on a co-anchor spot for "20/20."
"The good news is, you never really leave family," Cuomo said.

GMA is a mess. Good news for NBC and CBS.
Cuomo and Sawyer leaving will be the end of an era on GMA. Good luck to them on there new ventures. Lets also give give our congrats to there replacements George Stephanopoulos and JuJu Chang.
The replacement for Chris Cuomo is Juju Chang. The host of Big Brother is Julie Chen.
Chris (Cuomo) is a condescending snob. I was sampling the show once trying to figure out if to switch from the Today show to GMA and, his aloofness was so palpable that it turned me off. He had this "I'm too good for this" look on his face during a cooking segment and I couldn't help but recall how Matt lauer would have dug right in.
Good riddance!
