'American Idol': Allison Iraheta's 'Friday I'll Be Over U' on Kimmel
Allison Iraheta is hoping you're not over her.The "American Idol" finalist and her band hopped on the "Jimmy Kimmel Live" stage Thursday night and performed the raging "Friday I'll Be Over U."
And wow, she really uses that huge rocker voice well. It really is hard to believe she's only 17 and has come a long way with her performance style.

I was at the taping and Allison sounded amazing and the performance rocked! "Just Like You" should seriously be on everyone's shopping list. "FIBOU" is a great single, but the rest of the album has so much grit and personality. You won't be disappointed, pick up the album! And maybe some radio stations will start giving it some airplay?!
She is a true rocker. She grabs the essence of it. Listen to all the tracks on her album, you'll see what i'm talking about, and she fills them with such emotion, it's heartfelt. If you don't have it you definitely should get it. You wouldn't be disappointed i'm sure of it.
I am a Kris Allen fan, but I always loved Allison's performances and last night she was absolutely fantastic! Gooo Allison!!!

Allison is incredible! "Friday I'll Be Over U" is such a strikingly awesome first single. Her album "Just Like You" is one of my favourites of the entire year. She's definitely a rising star to watch! :)
I love Allison so much, she captured my heart the moment she first opened her mouth to sing on Idol! Her album is one of the best of the year, Friday I'll Be Over U is just a taste of it! She puts so much emotion into her songs which makes them easy to relate to, and she really is a true rock star. We have the next Janis Joplin/Pat Benatar here, people!
Just check out her entire album "Just like you". It is a wonderful collection of very different sounds. From the pop in your face attitude that FIBOU brings to the hard rocking sounds of Holiday, to the soulful and beautiful Scars and Trouble is. The girl is a great talent and can sing anything and do it well. If this performance didn't convice you, just check out the album.
