WOW ABC continues to flop, maybe they should just pack it up and give in for the rest of the season.

@WOOF: You're entirely right.

I look forward to read how ABC is going to explain how 7.9 million viewers for Cougartown makes it a "hit".

Wednesdays, as we've mentioned before, is up for grabs, especially 8pm where bomb Mercy is leading a pack of even lower-rated shows.

Know it all Rena the ABC comedies Modern Family (#3: 5.0/ 8) and Cougar Town (#3: 4.7/ 7) are expected to generate interest among adults 18-49. And that is what is important.

@Rena: Leave me alone, told you I wont go out with you.

Good One fake WOOF...the ABC comedies seem to be doing pretty well even though i dont know anyone who watches them. Its GLEE that is really impressing me.

@WOOF: LOL :)

@Dave R: As you may not know, the networks do not get a premium for 18-49 (that's right, even though their PR people keep saying it!)

So 18-49 numbers are only "important" to try and disguise the low-rated status of certain shows (even though it is always good to have strength in every demo if you want, like ABC to remain a real broadcast network and not become CW).

What happened to Hank ? Waited all night long to watch the best show on tv.

Wow, the Modern Family repeat may have boosted the whole night. The new episode of MF even beat Criminal Minds in the demo!!!!

I don't think the 18-49 numbers are only important to hide there low rated shows. Take for instance Daytime Dramas they are constantly chasing the 18-49 numbers yet most of there viewers are older and if a soap has high ratings but low 18-49 numbers there not as profitable to the network advertisers and will be in danger of cancellation.

Its funny how many fakes ride on my coat tails. The first WOOF... comment is from the one true WOOF... all others are wannabes
