TV Crossovers: 'CSI' wraps it up out West

CBS is airing the last "CSI" crossover episode tonight, taking us back to the original in Las Vegas. Which means it's time for the West Coast crossovers.

Monday we went down South. Tuesday was the Midwest. Wednesday we headed out East. Today we close with the Left Coast.

"Brothers & Sisters" & "Scrubs"
"Scrubs" is back this year with a brand new batch of med students, so why not have Justin Walker's med school class visit them? When he invites them back to his house for a big Walker family barbecue, a giant fight erupts that culminates in Dr. Cox throwing Kevin in the pool.

"Melrose Place" & "90210"
It's all too easy, isn't it? Ryan Matthews starts sleeping with Ella and brings his pal Harry Wilson over to the complex for a party. There can be lots of inside jokes about how familiar it all looks to Rob Estes. Meanwhile, Jonah gets, ahem, tapped to do some filming for Navid's dad and they bond over their geeky movie love.

"The Hills" & "Nip/Tuck"
Everyone's favorite plastic surgeons are challenged with putting Heidi back the way she was before and end up mangling her face, which all turns out to be a fake-out publicity stunt set up by her husband Spencer. What's terrifying is that we wouldn't be at all surprised if that actually happened.

"Ax Men" & "Grey's Anatomy"
Crisis of the week for Seattle Grace comes in the form of many bleeding ax men after some piece of equipment went awry and we all learn a valuable lesson about how dangerous some jobs are. Oh, and Izzie falls in love with a lumberjack and when he dies on the table, she starts carting around his severed arm and wearing plaid flannel scrubs. What? Like what that girl actually does on "Grey's Anatomy" is any weirder.
