Britney Spears had fans walk out on her Australian concert Friday night (Nov. 6) due to the "crappiness" of her performance, according to RadarOnline.
Three songs into her show, hundreds of
fans reportedly left in anger over her lack of singing -- a.k.a. lip-syncing -- skills.
"We are really big Britney fans, but it was crap," Josh Blee told local
reporters. "She has let us down. Added Amanda Hawlet, who drove two hours to
Perth's Burswood Dome, "I want my money back or I want her to sing properly. It
cost me half a week's wage ... it was a waste."
Concert-goers paid between $182 and $1,370 to see Spears.
The Australian government is considering making Spears reveal which songs she will not perform live for future shows.

If you're at a Britney Spears concert, you're a fan. If you're a fan, you've seen her perform before and should know for pretty much her entire career, except for the beginning, she's been lipsynching!! And its the CD track, she really doesn't try to hide it! So the Australian fans and press and people who are walking out of the concert are idiots! You should know this already! And you don't go to a Britney Spears show to hear her sing!! Her voice isn't that great! You go to see the spectacle, she would sound terrible singing and dancing at the same time and you'd really walk out. She's not known for being a big vocal talent, duh!!!

I'm beyond confused by all this insane backlash. This isn't a case of Milli Vanilli - Britney lip syncs. Ummmm, so? Who are all these outraged concert-goers? I thought it was pretty much internationally known that Brit doesn't sing live in her concerts.
You don't go to her show to hear her sing live, you go for the SHOW, the performance, the dancing, the stage presence. Anyone who was shocked that she wasn't singing live is a moron.
LMAO!!! I agree with you all. Everyone knows Brit lip sings. Her concerts are more of a performance rather than singing. Its like a circus all eyes on her and a track of music playing in the back.
I love Britney's music and her personality, but I will never go to one of her concerts. I'm a fan, I have all her albums, but when I go to a concert I want to see the artist actually showcasing ALL of her skills and talents. Most fans say she can't sing properly with all the dancing and running around. Pathetic excuse. Have you seen P!nk lately? She performed "Sober" wile hanging 30 feet in the air on a rope upside down and swinging all around and she sang just fine. Beyonce dances her *** off, and still sings live.
Like another comment stated, as a Britney fan, we know what to expect. Which is why you either accept it and go, or watch it on YouTube with the rest of us.

come on you guys i love britney but come on!! she didnt sing live and she still didnt improve on her dancing...im not asking for top knoch dancing but look at baby one more time the break down was very bad well soo was the whole thing! she looked confuess and didnt even break it down..sry but i know she can put on a better show!.i just thought she would have imporved alot more by now! it dosnet seem like shes puttin her all in to this anymore! sry i still love her just not her show!
Come on, everyone knows that Britney lip-synchs in her concerts, and by the way, there she's not a singer, she's a entertainer, trying to minimize the voice by sexy dancing - or anything you call that.
Britney needs to take singing lessons and learn to perform live.
How can we be sure that she isn't a Milli Vanilli act in any event? Maybe someone else sings on her records?

It's WELL KNOWN she doesn't sing. I'm sorry but I personally don't want to sit there and watch the whole show of her TRYING to sing AND Dance....it wouldn't be pretty.
