ellendegeneres_oprahwinfrey_290.jpgOprah Winfrey took over downtown Chicago earlier this fall to celebrate the 24th season of her daytime talk show. That, though, wasn't enough. Oprah must conquer more of the Windy City!

This morning, she and new "American Idol" judge Ellen DeGeneres teamed up to crowd the north side of downtown: They were giving away copies of O Magazine with Ellen on the cover.

One of the early highlights? Ellen promised the crowd a rather, uh, salivary treat: "I have personally licked every magazine. If you don't like it, Oprah will buy you a car."

Oprah eventually arrived at just after 11 a.m. Central, after which the pair began signing magazines. The entire affair, which drew an estimated crowd of 1,000 faithful, lasted just under 30 minutes, after which Oprah and Ellen were whisked away.

What a Diva showing up at 11am, late.

Baa-baa, sheep.

Nothing wrong with liking, appreciating the Big O, doesn't make you a sheep.

Was that "liking" or "licking"?
