'Melrose Place': Heather Locklear in for the long haul, but who killed Sydney...

If you were worried about Ms. Heather Locklear not sticking around "Melrose Place" for too long, fret not.

The b-tch is not only back, but here to stay, as Amanda Woodward assures the tenants of "MP" in this week's episode.

Ha. The new millenium "Melrose" kids be hatin' on Amanda-cakes already.

Did you see their little faces? It's like they're petrified of what's about to smack them upside the head.

Oh, and as a bonus, we've got an early look at some Michael Mancini action from this week as well.

Seems David's plan to expose Michael as Sydney's murderer -- though the mystery's got to be more complicated than that -- has hit a bit of a speed bump...

I've got my own ideas on who Sydney's actual killer is, and this clip seems to only strengthen my theory.

Any thoughts?

Won't be long now before the culprit is revealed...

Long haul? What a joke. This series will be gone for good by the end of March.

I'm banking on Vanessa Mancini as the killer. Hopefully the CW sticks by this show and ups some of the original cast to regular status. Bring back Lexi to duke it out with Amanda (Jamie Luner is moving to LA to film All My Children, so it could work out). Or bring back Allison. Or Both.

Please, leave lassie at home. All this show needs is heather. Plus heather is so youthful, that the old hangs from the old melrose will really show their age around her... Its liek when madonna stands next to whitney and mariah, you would think they are madonnas mother, all torn up and stuff.

I'm very happy Amanda is back on Melrose. This show was really getting bad. I do hope her lips loosen up a little bit though, was that too much collagen or did she have an implant? Whatever work she had done, it's affected her speech. Still I love the Locklear and I'll watch MP as long as she's on it.

Yes, Robert, if there's one area of a face that women should leave alone, it's their lips. Look at the Nikki Cox and Meg Ryan and Melanie Griffith disasters, just to name three. Stick with makeup or roll-on lip-enhancers, ladies. The collagen and/or plastic surgery just destroys your looks.

I think Michael's wife was the killer. He was having an affair with Sydney so it would make sense that she found out went into a jealous rage and killed Syd
