jonandkate_sign.jpgJon and Kate Gosselin, what a difference a year (or less than a year) makes.

The "Jon & Kate Plus 8" couple and their brood enjoyed unprecedented series highs this past season in the wake of rumors of infidelity, which eventually made way for ugly divorce proceedings and now Monday's (Nov. 23) final episode of the TLC reality show.

The one-hour finale airing at 9 p.m. ET/PT follows the Gosselin children as they visit a dairy farm to feed baby calves and to a fire station. It's a bittersweet end since the cute kids were the reason many tuned into the show in the first place.

Besides these heartwarming scenes, the show will also shine a light on the not-so-pretty side of the Gosselins transitioning into single parents, jockeying for time with the kids and sitting down to give their take on what their lives have been through in the past few years.

She has way too many kids, some look retareded too, its just not natural having 8 kids at a time. Plus Octo had 14, so not sure what the interested is in Kate.

I still remember when Hannah spilt a tiny bit of ice cream on her dress. " John, John, she's ruined, look at her, she's ruined" What a horrible thing to say to her. It's not like she came home pregnant or on drugs or worse. Poor John. Yes I'm going to watch the show. And I doubt whether it will ever be over.

RE:Meow
None of her kids look retarded. That is an awful thing to say. If you have something mean to say, then say it about their parents not the kids!

Wow... Some peopleare jealous... She is a beautiful woman and she has Ben sting through all of this... Her kids are great and she is just trying to be a normal parent :-/ Jon is a good person too, they just started off young and grew apart. Everyday people get divorces so itami big deal I hope that in the end everything wills come out good. GOOD LUCK Gosslins

I Agree, that was an immature and mean statement, but consider the source, I guess. I will miss the show because I love keeping with the children. They are so innocent and all they want is a mommy and daddy at home. I know Kate is trying to do the right thing and I am proud of her and I am definitely on Kate's Team. As far as Jon Gosselin, he will learn that you pay for your mistakes and it doesn't pay to be a liar!

Kate is only after the fame and attention.
Thank god Jon saved the kids by ending the show.

I pee, I'm so afraid when I see or hear Kate.

I'm glad to see it off the air, and hope neither of the greedy self absorbed untalented parents are never on TV again. Those who say its jealously need to understand jealousy would mean someone would want what they have and frankly I highly doubt that is the case. I'm not sure what type of people are defending her, she treated her husband horribly, took advantage of churches and people for free things. Exploited her kids on TV, made her divorce public for her kids to see, shut out extended family. They both have humiliated themselves, who would be jealous of that. And makes emotionally abusive remarks to and about her kids, ie the child is ruined, and when Aaden needed glass said she wanted all "normal" children. What kind of mother would say that.

Doesn't matter what anybody thinks. This is a lovely family living real life. Guess this show was real reality T.V. Why are we so shallow and mean that we get great enjoyment out of other peoples unhappiness? If you don't have anything good to say about someone, keep it to yourself.

It just isn't 'right' to have sooooooo many people watching another family and especially zeroing in on their children. It is good the decision has been made to make the break from this family and let them live and grow in whatever peace they have left. I can't imagine how angry some of those children may be when they are old enough to realize how sensationalized and exploited they were. Now it is just a matter of time before the media finds yet another 'interesting' family they can turn their cameras on to. *sigh* crazy
