Jon Gosselin reportedly to testify against TLC on Dec. 14
Jon Gosselin's numerous and increasingly desperate attempts to stay in the public eye have landed him a court date.
On Oct. 16, cable channel TLC filed a lawsuit against Gosselin for making paid and unpaid appearances without the company's permission. That apparently conflicted with his contract for "Jon & Kate Plus 8"; now RadarOnline says Jon will need to testify Dec. 14 in Maryland.
How far will Jon have to go under oath? TLC's lawyer, Paul Gaffney, has reportedly won the ability to question girlfriend Hailey Glassman, lawyer Mark Heller, manager Mike Heller, friend (and fellow dad under fire) Michael Lohan , Jon's bodyguard and his talent rep.
That means we could be getting an early Christmas bounty of scenes from a dysfunctional relationship and an even dramatic divorce.

at this point to say "what a tool," (or whatever, you can fill in the blank) is just too much of an understatement.
Thought this idiot wanted out of the public eye. Hey Jon...Get a real job and support your family like a real man does!!
When are we every gonna stop seeing and reading about this fat, ugly, lying idiot everywhere? I am SICK of him and wish he would just disappear FOREVER!!
