Casting Call: Harvey Keitel wrangles 'Little Fockers'; Jason Priestley flirts with 'Death'
Ben Stiller is bringing Harvey Keitel and Robert DeNiro back together.
Keitel will join the cast of "Little Fockers," third in the "Meet the Parents" series co-starring Stiller and DeNiro, according to The Hollywood Reporter. That marks the first time the pair will star in a movie together since 1973's "Mean Streets."
Stiller plays Gaylord Focker, with DeNiro as his ex-CIA father-in-law. Keitel will join the third movie as a contractor helping renovate the Fockers' house.
-- Jason Priestley, meanwhile, will go from high-school good boy to developing a movie about a young bad boy.
Priestley, who played all-American teen Brandon Walsh on the '90s incarnation of "Beverly Hills, 90210," is working on "Death of a Freerider," according to Variety.
The movie will follow a Rolling Stone article about 22-year-old Sam Brown, who used his mountain bike to smuggle drugs across the U.S.-Canada border. As you can tell by the title, he didn't live to enjoy the fruit of his labors.
Filming is tentatively scheduled to begin toward the end of 2010.
