Reese Witherspoon is a 'Rule' maker

Reese Witherspoon is looking to make the rules. Starting, of course, with "Rule #1."

The "Monsters vs. Aliens" star has agreed to star in "Rule #1," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

What's it about? We don't know much, other than that it follows a New York woman (presumably Witherspoon) who befriends a Peurto Rican woman with ADD.
