Michael David Barrett arrested for Erin Andrews nude video
A Chicago-area man has been arrested for taking nude peephole videos of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews.
Michael David Barrett was arrested by the FBI late Friday at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, according to the Associated Press. Barrett, 48, is accused of shooting the videos in Nashville in July, and then trying to sell them to, among other media outlets, online gossip site TMZ. He is scheduled to appear in court today.
Andrews issued a statement thanking the agency.
"For my part, I will make every effort to strengthen the laws on a State and Federal level to better protect victims of criminal stalking," Andrews said in a statement.
