Maria Shriver, scofflaw with a cell phone
Maria Shriver, wife of the Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger, has been caught on tape violating one of her husband's laws.Shriver, 53, was allegedly photographed chatting on her cell phone while driving -- a no no in California -- a couple times by TMZ.
Schwarzenegger responded to TMZ editor Harvey Levin on Twitter: "Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There's going to be swift action."
The action wasn't swift enough though. TMZ then caught Shriver on tape talking on her cell phone in Brentwood Tuesday.
The ban on using handheld phones in California began in July 2008, while the ban on texting while driving began on the first day of 2009.

Oh Wow! Come to think of it, it's really not safe to use a cellphone on one hand and drive at the same time. In our city, it is also strictly prohibited.
