Jon Gosselin sued by TLC
Get in line, Kate Gosselin. TLC has a beef to settle with Jon Gosselin.The network has filed a lawsuit against the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" dad for breach of contract when he made paid and unpaid TV appearances without TLC's consent, reports People.
"The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements," reads the network's statement. "Those efforts have been unsuccessful."
The suit reportedly also alleges that Gosselin's "constant criticisms" and revelations about how things work behind the scenes of the show hurt the show.
The company is hoping to have Jon return any money he made for other TV appearances and abide by the terms of his contract.

These two are idiots and are exposing these kids for their own benefit and it's time to say enough is enough. Cancel this show on TLC and get these two out of our sights!
Jon is really in a downward spiral and is lucky the network isn't asking for more than they are.
I have disliked Kate from the get go, because her domonering attitude has pushed Jon into a state of non-responsive. This hurts the children from the start. Why their family is on TV to start with is beyond me. Why 18 and Counting is on TV is also a total mistory also, because America has far better subject meterial it can and should draw from. If I were one of their children? I'd be very up set that my family was even filmed. Never-mind the show on the air. Gee, it was a far better life for me when I was a child, because our lives were normal. I mean the true meaning of the word, "normal." Not all of this stuff. Yet, my famiy had 3 very unusual things to be exsposed and that could have assisted other citizens. Yet, the Duggars and Jon and Kate are on TV soly, because they had a lot of children. Who cares how many pop out and when they pop out. I thought that was to be a sacred family matter. Oh, I get it. We are now going to have sex all together rather then keep even that privit. I also heard that Jon, Kate, Mechiel, and Jim Bob all wanted nice new things. Their appearences on TV did exactly that for them. Ok TV People what about the rest of us? From A Mother who cares what her adult children and young Grandchildren are exsposed to. To all of you. All the best to all of you.
This should be a model taught in business school for business leaders. How to turn something financially sound into crap! I feel bad for his kids. I'm sure they could use the money if not now, then later in life for college funds.
