Jon Gosselin returns money, loses attorney

Jon Gosselin is losing out -- on money and legal counsel.

The reality show personality arrived in Pennsylvania court Monday to confirm that he had returned the $230,000 he had taken from the joint account he shared with his estranged wife Kate Gosselin, reports the AP.

Kate wasn't present in court, and despite John's accusations that she hasn't yet accounted for how she spent $33,000 in cash withdrawals,  her attorny claims that the judge had not required that she break down the cash withdrawals

Attorneys for Jon and Kate Gosselin confirmed Monday morning that Jon has complied with a court order to return money missing from the couple's joint bank account - but Jon says Kate has yet to account for how she spent $33,000 in cash withdrawals. Earlier in the month, Judge Arthur Tilson had ordered Jon to return the money he had taken from the joint account without permission and ordered Kate to give an accounting of the money she had withdrawn for household expenses.

Jon is scrambling again because his attorney, Charlie Meyer, has withdrawn from the case yet again, according to People.

"I'll just get another attorney," Jon told the celebrity site. "I have to."

The couple's next court date will take place in November.
