ikissedavampire.JPGLucas Grabeel, Drew Seeley and Adrian Slade of "High School Musical" fame have launched a new web series: "I Kissed a Vampire." Trailer below.

With the "Twilight" series premiering "New Moon" next month and "The Vampire Diaries" getting a full-season order, it appears the internet is jumping on the vampire bandwagon. "I Kissed a Vampire" is a singing-and-dancing extravaganza with the undead.

The series is available exclusively on iTunes. The first two episodes are available for download, with the third episode coming out next week on Tuesday, Oct. 27. Just in time for Halloween.

Dylan (Grabeel) is terrified when a nasty bat bite transforms him into one of the living dead. His world is turned upside down, and he has to figure out how to balance his budding romance with Sara (Slade), the girl next door, and the bloodthirsty desires his magnetic vampire mentor Trey (Seeley) is constantly urging him to give in to.

We haven't seen singing-and-dancing vampires since "Once More with Feeling." Check out the official website and join the "I Kissed a Vampire" Facebook group.
