'Gossip Girl' guests Tyra Banks & Hilary Duff gush over the show

This Monday, Oct. 5th, Hilary Duff and Tyra Banks will descend upon the Upper East Side as guest stars on "Gossip Girl."

Banks is only sticking around for one ep, playing a diva-esque actress that Serena is sort of working for, but Duff is doing a multi-episode arc which has her character -- a child star looking for a normal college experience -- dating none other than Dan Humphrey.

Both ladies seem to be big time fans of the show and of the its Emmy-winning costume designer, Eric Daman.

Color me stunned!!

While Gossip Girl is a proper place for Tyra Banks' lack of acting talent, it's sad to see Hilary Duff make such a poor career move.

Greek is so so ssssooooooo much better than the over-hyped teen soap Gossip Girl, it's not even funny.
