Drinking with The Stars: 'Flash Forward's' Courtney B. Vance
We're a few weeks into the fall season and so far, so good for ABC's new drama "Flash Forward."Have you been watching?
Though the show boasts a stellar ensemble cast, which includes Joseph Fiennes ("Shakespeare In Love"), John Cho ("Harold & Kumar," "Star Trek") and Sonya Walger ("Lost"), I did not have a hard time deciding who from group I wanted to go drinking with.
Courtney B. Vance -- whom you may recognize from films like "The Hunt for Red October" and "The Preacher's Wife" or TV shows like "Law & Order: CI" and "ER" in which he played Angela Bassett's husband (they're actually married in real life) -- went to my high school... and though he is, you know, a few years my senior, he was a legendary scholar-athlete whom admiring teachers never stopped talking about.
And he's also just a really nice guy. So, yeah, we met up at Ruth's Chris restaurant in Pasadena just recently to talk about "Flash Forward," all the diva actors on the show as well as what the hell is wrong with John Cho.

To make up for this, the next person you interview has to be severely drunk, preferably staggering around the place, unaware of what's going on and the fact that they're being interviewed.

I don't even watch Supernatural, yet I'm excited. Keep up the good (and alcohol-laden) work!
p.s. You need to do a "DWTS" with one of the Melrose Place cast. Preferable Heather Locklear. You KNOW you'd get a good drunken interview out of her hahah.
