Dave Levey wins 'Hell's Kitchen'
Dave Levey proved to be such a talented cook on "Hell's Kitchen" this season, he won the competition with one arm tied behind his back.More or less, anyway. Levey, who competed for most of the season with a cast on his wrist, was crowned the winner of "Hell's Kitchen" season six in Tuesday's two-hour finale. He bested Kevin Cottle in the final challenge, which had the two chefs working with eliminated contestants on a final dinner service.
As his prize, Levey will become head chef at Araxi restaurant in Whistler, B.C., where he'll get to show off his skills to visitors for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
Host Gordon Ramsay said that based on the diners' comment cards from the final service, it was the closest "Hell's Kitchen" finale ever. In the end, though, he chose Levey, who also emerged as the winner of the final two cooking challenges.

Congrats to Dave Levey on his impressive win on Hell's Kitchen. Wow, what a great season. The "One Armed Bandit" proved he could do just about anything- with only one hand!
Everything this season was worth watching again- from Tennielle's comeback to Robert getting a second chance all the way until the finale, this was one of the best seasons in a while.
I was surpried Zap2it didn't do a recap for this season, but here's hoping we get one the next time around. Great season. :)
Thanks for the big fat spoiler right on the site home page.
Like nobody every DVR a show and watch it the next day.
Thanks you veeeery much.
Hey Redman... For crying out loud already...if you DVR'ed it then why are you going to the sites home page after the final airing? OMG....wait don't post that yet, redman DVR'ed it and doesn't know the winner yet....HEY STUPID!!!
Since this site always had the policy of not giving spoilers on the home page and in the articles titles I fell safe.
Anyway, I don't watch only HK and I like searching for news about TV. Been surfin' Zap2It for years and this never happened. I just wanted to highlight the problem.
Don't need to call me stupid. Stupid is he who cannot make an argument without offending someone (among other things).
Actually, Zap2it used to post spoilers on their homepage (Survivor / Amazing Race / HK winners) and I sent an email to whoever was in charge back then. The response that I got was that all the sites did that (including USA Today), and it was not going to change. Well apparently, now that DVR is so prevalent nowadays, Zap2it has changed its policy, which is a very good thing. I'm totally with redman here...
Congrats to Dave..close as Kevin was a strong frontrunner from the beginning. They both will have great careers as chefs.
I also wasn't expecting the main page to have a spoiler as lately Zap2it had seemed to have stop doing that. The headline should be non-spoilerific - like "Hell's Kitchen Winner is ...." and then someone could click the headline to find out.

But that's how the Zap2it homepage is... I guess you're all talking about the TV homepage. I was only talking about the Zap2it homepage. It is an improvement because a few years ago, the spoiler was right on the Zap2it homepage.
zap2it's homepage has always had spoilers and like always, ppl complain about it.
it still puzzles me why ppl go to a tv recap site before watching the show and complain about the spoilers.
do ppl go to a sports site before watching a pvr'ed game hoping to not find the score?
CONGRATULATIONS DAVE!!!!!
I picked you from the beginning. Sooo glad you hung in there~~~proved you could do it. Good luck to you and your fiance' and family
LOTS OF LOVE FOR YA
