'30 Rock' is back, and still hilarious

With a show like "30 Rock," you're most likely either in or out at this point.I'm in the "in" camp, so I'm excited that the occasionally spotty but often screamingly funny comedy will be back on TV Thursday night, beginning its fourth season with an episode fittingly titled "The Fourth Season." It finds Liz (Tina Fey) and Pete (Scott Adsit) sneaking around in an effort to keep the "TGS" staff in the dark about hiring a new cast member and Jack (Alec Baldwin) trying to squash an NBC page strike led by "apple-cheeked goon" Kenneth (Jack McBrayer).
The return of "30 Rock" is the capper to what's been a pretty good start to the season for comedy on network TV. There are solid two-hour comedy blocks on three different networks on three nights of the week now (CBS Monday, ABC Wednesday and NBC Thursday) -- and when was the last time we could say that?

One of the better SNL writers continuing to write incredibly funny material is a great thing. And the actors are also some of the best on television.
As much as I have loved 30 Rock, I am dropping it from my Thursday schedule and replacing it with "MODERN FAMILY".
"Community," "Parks and Recreation," "The Office," and "Modern Family," make the funniest two hours of tv.
I just can't get into 30 Rock. To me, the writing is immature to the point of being silly vs funny. I have watched 2 seasons, in hopes I would finally see what all the hype is about, but have decided to stop torturing myself. Grown adults who act like children just isn't funny.
30 ROCK rocks! It is the best comedy on television, hands down!

the reason most ppl dont like 30 rock is because it is too 'smart' for most to get the jokes. it is probably one of the funniest shows going today.

Modern Family is on Wednesdays and repeated on Fridays. It's the best new series this season.
it's amazing how different people's tastes are. I think 30 rock is one of the best shows ever on television but I really identify with Liz Lemon so I "get" all the jokes. I can't understand how american idol is still on.

I get all the jokes, don't worry about my intellegence. The thing is, after three years I can't really say that I care about one of the characters. Also, for someone who for years has been in love with Tina Fey, she has becomevery full of herself as of late, the sweetness is gone.
