'30 Rock' is back, and still hilarious

tinafey2_30rock_s4_290.jpgWith a show like "30 Rock," you're most likely either in or out at this point.

I'm in the "in" camp, so I'm excited that the occasionally spotty but often screamingly funny comedy will be back on TV Thursday night, beginning its fourth season with an episode fittingly titled "The Fourth Season." It finds Liz (Tina Fey) and Pete (Scott Adsit) sneaking around in an effort to keep the "TGS" staff in the dark about hiring a new cast member and Jack (Alec Baldwin) trying to squash an NBC page strike led by "apple-cheeked goon" Kenneth (Jack McBrayer).

The return of "30 Rock" is the capper to what's been a pretty good start to the season for comedy on network TV. There are solid two-hour comedy blocks on three different networks on three nights of the week now (CBS Monday, ABC Wednesday and NBC Thursday) -- and when was the last time we could say that?

Have a peek at the "30 Rock" season premiere, which hits your television at 9:30 p.m. ET Thursday on NBC.

This show is just ok, with FlashForward and Office on Thurs I just dont have time for another show. FlashFoward is just so exiting, but 30rock is just an ok version of the Office. Hopefully networks will get a clue and come up withs oem original ideas. If any thing Desperate Hosuewives shoudl ahve won the emmy for the comedy show 3 years in a row not this show.

meow: 30 rock is nothing like the office, and both of them are really good shows.

flash forward - won't last
desperate housewives - glorified soap opera (and not funny at all)

Yay! Looking forward to this all summer.

The show is okay but I am dropping it from my viewing schedule. With my hatred for NBC steadily growing, I will only be tuning in to watch The Office.

meow come on, you couldn't be more wrong, 30 rock is nothing like the office, sure there both about a work place, but 30 rock is about making a sketch tv show, the only show that was like that was studio 60, and it was basically canceled for that reason, and how does Desperate Housewives deserve an emmy of any kind, the only show up for that emmy that deserved it was how i met your mother, or the office

and "meow is a dumbass," i love the name (between you and me, i bet he [or she, don't wanna be sexist] is a really fat guy [or girl] who does nothing but eat hot pockets and find ways to comment on things people love and make us hate him even more, so don't acknowledge that you hate he/she because thats just what he/she wants)but how could you not wanna watch a show just because the network? 30 rock is amazingly awesome

One of the better SNL writers continuing to write incredibly funny material is a great thing. And the actors are also some of the best on television.

ok danielle... he/sheshould go watch 30 rock, even though its a bad version ofthe office... at least is betterthan parks and reconition.

As much as I have loved 30 Rock, I am dropping it from my Thursday schedule and replacing it with "MODERN FAMILY".

"Community," "Parks and Recreation," "The Office," and "Modern Family," make the funniest two hours of tv.

I just can't get into 30 Rock. To me, the writing is immature to the point of being silly vs funny. I have watched 2 seasons, in hopes I would finally see what all the hype is about, but have decided to stop torturing myself. Grown adults who act like children just isn't funny.
