All the links to the Topix board seem to be dead.
If zap2it decided to drop Topix as the board for TV ratings, it would have been nice for them to tell us ahead of time!!
If this is going to be the way of the future, may I suggest that zap2it find a way to make it possible to track discussions the way Topix allowed and to monitor the boards the way Topix does.
Otherwise, most discussions are going to be very brief and those ratings boards are going to lose a lot of their interest.
That was quite a strange move for CBS to split NCIS with Big Brother, especially that it was a two-parter...
zap2it really needs to either upgrade its boards or return those discussions to Topix.
I just discovered that not only does it not allow to track discussions you're a part of, it also prevents you from posting "too often"...
What's to be gained by that is beyond my ken. :(
I'm actually quite saddened by this obvious downgrade of a service I enjoyed.
I know this is the wrong place to look for it (hint...hint...change that), but how did the season finale of Rescue Me do?
Shawn - We don't get overnight ratings for cable as quickly as for the broadcast networks, unfortunately. Will keep an eye out, though.
Hey There! I am ratings fanatic. Why don't you ever post the entire ratings per week and year for all the shows. Why do you just do the top 20?
Yes, as fast as I type, and as many posts as I do, I've already been declared a spammer for posting too often. Idiots, morons and mental rejects apparently now rule at Zap2It. Oh, and don't spell the word pass, as you'll probably get censored.
WATCH WIPE-OUT TONITE(wed.)------------------FUNNY SHOW! big brother, amer.'s got talent boring.
Apparently, this forum has gone all to hell, a totally cl***ic ****-up.
Zap2it, just so you know, you've closed down what was a nice forum enjoyed by many ppl!!
OCGirl, I totally agree. Zap2It completely downgraded this forum by moving it from Topix.
If they were going to move it, they may have wanted to emulate the user-friendly aspects (such as being able to quote and being able to trace responses) that made that forum so easy to use.
Instead, we are left with having to dig around the site to see if there were answers (I guess zap2it looks at it as great because it increases the "all-important" page count but downgrades are rarely a successful business idea).
