NBC casting call: Kristin Kreuk meets 'Chuck,' Elisabeth Rohm on 'Heroes'

Former "Smallville" star Kristin Kreuk will fall for "Chuck" later this season.
Kreuk has signed on for a guest arc on the NBC series, where she'll be playing a possible love interest for our hero (Zachary Levi) named Hannah.
She'll have something else in common with Chuck too -- her career, like that of Chuck pre-Intersect, is going nowhere. Per EW.com, Hannah has just lost a job in publishing and ends up working at Buy More. The role, which will span multiple episodes, will be Kreuk's first TV gig since leaving "Smallville."
She's also the second actor with a Superman connection to join "Chuck's" new season, following "Superman Returns" star Brandon Routh.
- One-time "Law & Order" prosecutor Elisabeth Rohm will be back on NBC in the fall, courtesy of a guest appearance on "Heroes." NBC confirms that she'll appear in the season's eighth episode, playing a character named Lauren Gilmore.
Unfortunately, that's all the network has to say on the subject. There's no other word on what Rohm, who also guests in next week's "90210" season premiere, will be doing on the show.

It's great news! I love Kristen Kreuk I think she so underrated right now.She should have been making big screen movies but I think because she's half asian and not blond hair blue eyes ,it's not gonna happen.And I think it's a low blow for this reporter rick porter to say Kristen's career is going nowhere, that wasn't called for.I hope Kristen will have a few scenes with Brandon Routh ,that would be classic
All this great casting news about a program NBC doesn't care to run.
The reporter was not talking about Kristen's career going nowhere. He was talking about the new character she will be playing. It seems she is unemployed & winds up getting a job with Chuck.
I don't think the not blond/blue eyed look has anything to do with her not being better known. She's stunningly gorgeous & I think she just hasn't had the right career break yet.
Are complete imbeciles still running "Heroes"? Don't they realize Elizabeth Rohm, who has the personality on screen of a window, doesn't work on this type of show. Does anyone remember her boring performance on "Angel" the first two seasons? She is one of the only Whedonverse actresses who left and no one cared.

Sorry for the double post...but Street Fighter was released WAY back in like April...and it made less than $10 million. It was a TOTAL flop.
I agree with Aja about the name. Can't these writers come up with something more original? I'm going to stay positive about "Heroes" this season. Does anyone know when "Chuck" will be back?
