'Melrose Place': Will Heather Locklear return? Katie Cassidy is talking

Heather Locklear passed on taking part in the new "Melrose Place" many months back, but there is now new chatter that she will return. And word is, Amanda Woodward could be related to Katie Cassidy's character in The CW's new version of the show.
