TwitterJulie Chen, Les Moonves have a baby boy
Charlie Moonves is only a few hours old, but he's already the subject of his first press release."Big Brother" host and CBS "Early Show" co-anchor Julie Chen and her husband, CBS president and CEO Les Moonves, welcomed Charlie to the world Thursday morning (Sept. 24).
The baby was born at 9:40 a.m. PT in Los Angeles, CBS says in a two-line press release. Both Charlie and his mom "are doing well," the network says.
Chen and Moonves married in late 2004; Charlie is their first child together. Moonves also has three children from a previous marriage.
Chen has co-hosted "The Early Show" since 2002 and was the show's news anchor for three years prior to that (when it was also called the "CBS Morning News"). She's hosted "Big Brother" since its debut on CBS in 2000.

not sure how she is a host of the low rated summer series big brother. she isnt that good. plus jakie chan seems to only marry her way up the corporate later and into money. poor lez, he is stuck with another mimi carey. sad case.

Big Brother is the 2nd biggest reality show on CBS. The 1st being Survivor. It's a summer HIT every season. Julie does a great job as host of this show. and just a lil FYI, Julie has hosted BB since BB1 in 2000, she didn't marry Les till 2004. Get ya facts straight..
hum, she has fans, lol... its not like shes britney. with the survivor ratings droping, 2nd rates reality on cbs mighta s well be on cw. sad.

I couldn't care less about this baby, but I am overjoyed that someone here had the balls to refer to Mrs. Moonves as "this Chen woman."
