Ellen DeGeneres got a taste of what it's like to be serenaded by Jennifer Aniston.The actress visited the talk show Wednesday to promote her movie "Love Happens" and then took to the mic to show off her singing chops.
Before she was railroaded into singing, Aniston raved about her romantic co-star Aaron Eckhart.
"He's just great and so talented and such a wicked sense of humor," she said, adding facetiously, "I've been lucky. I've really loved everybody that I've worked with ... literally."
Aniston explained that she'll be learning to play guitar for an upcoming movie about female prison inmates who create a country western band. This is when Ellen broke out the mic and got an impromptu serenade.

Hmm, not spectacular, but she was mainly in tune. No need to really feel "mortified," but it seems like Aniston was just nervous overall. Later in the show, she asked for something to fan herself because "I just don't know what's going to happen next."
Sure enough, DeGeneres had a fun (for us) surprise in store for her guest. Aniston was asked to kiss and tell by looking at extreme close-up photos of co-stars' lips that she'd once kissed and then had to identify the co-star.
Luckily, she got all five correct: Owen Wilson, Gerard Butler, David Schwimmer, Eckhart ... and Courteney Cox.
"Love Happens" opens nationwide on Friday, Sept. 18.

Ellen is preparing for her year on American Idol. I like Aniston quick a bit and feel bad that she seems to cling to each guy that she's in a movie with.
Lord I wish this ugly no-talent would just go away. She couldn't act her way out of a wet paper bag.

I always knew she was a talented woman. I keep learning from her. I have read on http://www.projectweightloss.com which are her favorite foods. The actress hired a sister duo to cook her favorite meals and still achieve her nutrition goals. Jennifer’s preference is Mexican food.
Crying out loud Sam, who crapped in your Cherrios? Can't act? Might want to ask her friend, Emmy, about that. They hang out together at her house.
Jennifer may be in some pretty simple romantic comedies now, but there is no denying she can act. She has genuine comedic talent and she was excellent doing drama in The Good Girl. And ugly? She may not be your cup of tea but she is certainly not ugly.
I don't know why people keep saying how desperate she is. Does she LOOK desperate? Hell, no. She looks like a happy, well-adjusted woman. So brad left her. She got over it. Why can't everyone else?
She seems happy and fine. Those who aren't that fine are the ones who write bad things about her. Come on! She has been acting since she was 20!! And you say she's not a good actress? She's a great actress, very beautiful and funny.
