'Dr. Horrible' may villainize the Emmys

drhorrible_290.jpgDr. Horrible wants to achieve supervillain status. How about by taking over the Emmys?

Neil Patick Harris, who will host the awards ceremony Sunday, will reportedly headline a "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog"-themed number, says Entertainment Weekly.

The musical bit is supposed to occur midway through the ceremony.

So far, there's no word if any "Dr. Horrible" co-stars will join in the mad scientist musical madness.

"Dr. Horrible" recently won creator Joss Whedon, the man behind "Dollhouse" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," his first Emmy, a creative arts Emmy in the newly created category Outstanding special class -- Short-format, live-action entertainment program.

I hope the Emmys would live up to all the hype

Please, please, please let Dr. Hammer/Nathan Fillion make an appearance!

PLEASE LET THIS BE TRUE!!!!!

Best idea ever! Go NPH and Joss Whedon!!!

Just like Joss, NPH keeps making me think I couldn't possibly love him more, and then of course he tops himself.

NPH effing rules, for those of you living under a rock.

Can't wait to see what they do with this!
